BBC Radio 2 Pause for Thought: New Year’s Resolutions

I’ve returned from a long and winding journey through Mexico over the last three weeks (more on that soon), and in a jet-lagged haze, fortunately managed to hear my alarm go off at 4am today to drive into central London. I’ve been writing and recording short 3 minute pieces for BBC Radio 2’s ‘Pause for Thought’ for the past six months or so – they get aired live close to 6am. Somehow I never thought to share them on this blog. Here is one from this morning, on New Year’s resolutions, cooking soup on a moving bus in Mexico and finding magic in unlikely circumstances…
